NOBA Booking ("NOBA", "we", "us") provides an appointment-booking platform that connects customers with local businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide: name, email address, and phone number.
• Business information (for owners): business name, description, address, photos, services, and staff.
• Content you create: bookings, reviews, ratings, questions, and support messages.
• Photos you upload (profile and business images).
• Technical data: device push-notification tokens, in-app activity, and crash/diagnostic logs.
• Your selected city/region, which you choose manually. We do not track your location.
• Business location (owners only): when a business owner taps "Use my location" to place their business on the map, the device location is read once to set that pin. Only the business's map position is saved and shown to customers; we never collect location in the background.

How we use your information

To create and manage your account, display listings, take and manage bookings, send notifications you request, provide customer support, and keep the service secure and functioning.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed by our infrastructure provider (Supabase) solely to operate the service. Content you choose to publish (such as business listings and reviews) is visible to other users.

Data security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access is restricted and protected by database security rules.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time — see our Account Deletion page.

Children

NOBA is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not directed at children.
