What NOBA does

NOBA connects customers with businesses such as salons, clinics, hotels and restaurants so they can find them and book a time. The service itself is provided by the business, not by NOBA.

NOBA does not give medical or professional advice. For a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Your account

Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You must be able to enter into this agreement under the law where you live.

Bookings

A booking is an arrangement between you and the business. Each business sets its own prices, opening hours, and cancellation and rescheduling rules.

Your appointment QR code is personal. Show it only to the business you booked with.

Payments

Prices are set by each business. Unless the app shows otherwise, you pay the business directly. Questions about a charge or a refund go to the business first.

Businesses on NOBA

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, for delivering what they offer, and for holding any licence their work requires.

Businesses may use customer details only to manage bookings made through NOBA.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, make false bookings, post unlawful or abusive content, impersonate anyone, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.

You keep ownership of what you post, and you allow us to display it in the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the website.

Liability

NOBA is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the services a business provides or for a business failing to honour a booking.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will let you know in the service. Continuing to use NOBA means you accept the update.
